How long will it take to complete my project?
The construction time for extensions varies in accordance with the size and finish. Generally, for a single storey side or rear extension, up to a builder's finish (with no internal finishing), work will take approximately 6-8 weeks. Add 4 weeks to this to complete the interior with kitchen installation, tiling, and decorations.
The construction time for loft conversions varies in accordance with the size and finish. Generally, for dormer window or mansard on a terraced property, up to a builder's finish (with no internal finishing), work will take approximately 6-8 weeks. For a hip to gable conversion on an end terrace propoerty, work will take approximately 8-10 weeks. Add 4 weeks to these times to complete the interior finishes.

Yes. We will be more than happy for you to visit one of our sites.
Are your works guaranteed?
Yes. Upon completion of the work, you will be given a 2 year workmanship guarantee. As members of the federation of master builders we abide and follow by their guidelines, and have been vetted accordingly.
