How We Work

Free Consultation

Initially, we arrange a free consultation with a surveyor, lasting between 30mins and 1 hour. Here, all requirements will be discussed and relevant information gathered.

Schedule of Works

A comprehensive schedule of works is then produced off site, comprising a chronological break down of the project, with accompanying price. Normally, our proposals are submitted via email within 48 hours of your initial consultation.

Plan

Upon agreement of the specification and acceptance of terms, we either:

• Arrange an architect to visit your property for a detailed survey to begin design works. Pending your approval of our design, your plans are submitted to your local authority along with relevant forms within 10 working days of the survey. Permission, where applicable will take 8 weeks. Works can normally begin within 2 weeks of consents being granted.
• Where you have already been granted relevant consents, and have a full set of working plans by a third party architect, we Organise a start date for the works to begin.

Regular communication

We are adamant you are kept abreast of any issues which may arise during the build. To that end, we will communicate regularly with you throughout. We will always be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Completion Certificate

Works are completed in sequence with your specification, so progress can be monitored easily. Once your works are completed, we issue our comprehensive workmanship guarantee and completion certificate from building control.
